Additional prerequisites for a UK student Visa

You must show that you have maintained the total one-year cost of study (tuition + living expenses) in your bank account for a continuous 28-day period before applying.
A mandatory deposit payment must be made to your chosen UK university to receive the Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)
Once the CAS is issued, you can move forward with your online visa application , schedule your biometric appointment, and prepare all original supporting documents for submission at the nearest UK VFS center.
If you’re applying from India or other high-risk countries, you will need to undergo a TB screening test at a certified hospital and obtain a valid certificate.
Be prepared for a UKVI credibility interview via Skype to assess your genuine intention to study in the UK.

Applying for a UK student visa from India involves a systematic process. Here’s a detailed breakdown to help international students understand the UK study visa procedure and get started confidently:

Apply and receive an unconditional offer and CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) from a UK-approved institution.
Meet English language requirements; Show proof of sufficient funds for tuition and living expenses.
Prepare: Valid passport, CAS letter, Bank statements, English test scores, TB test ,Academic documents
Submit your visa application on the UKVI website, pay the visa fee and Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS).
Visit a Visa Application Centre (VAC) for fingerprints and a photograph.
Get a decision in around 3 weeks. If approved, receive a visa vignette and instructions to collect your BRP in the UK.
